Terms:
Available – Please feel free to enquire about this kitten.
It will be on a first come, first served basis.
We do not hold kittens without a deposit.
Pending – Means that someone is sending a deposit, but it hasn’t arrived yet,
so you may inquire as the kitten may still become available.
Reserved – Means that someone has put down the required deposit
and this kitten is not available.
On hold – Means that we are holding this kitten for further evaluation for show or
our own breeding program. However, feel free to inquire as it may become available.
Keeper – Means that we are keeping this kitten for our own breeding program.
* Please note, if you are a Florida resident
buying one of our kittens/cats,
we must charge sales tax on the sale of our kittens/cats.
Therefore all our kittens/cats sold to Florida residents will be charged
an
additional 6.5% sales tax onto the final price of the kitten/cat.
Also note, that anyone selling pets in Florida is required to charge state tax.
If they don't, then they are not following the Florida state tax laws.
F-1 deposits/holding fee for pet or breeder kittens is $500.
Deposits/Holding fees are non-refundable or transferable, they are considered to be a partial payment toward the kitten in which you have put a hold on.
Only if the kitten in which you have chosen becomes unfit for sale, your deposit/ parital payment will go towards another kitten of equal quality.
This ensures the buyers will follow through with their commitment to their new kitten/cat whom the buyer has picked out and reserved.
*Not all cats on premises, some pictures used as a reference* Callista and Callista Bengals have the right to refuse to sell any cat or kitten at anytime during the negotiation period. These cats and kittens are the sole property of Callista and Callista Bengals and will be regarded as such until a written contract of ownership has been signed by both interested parties. Callista and Callista Bengals is a closed cattery. We do not do outside stud or queening services. |
